The warm welcome by the Manager was mind-blowing and set the tone for an amazing stay. The exceptional service from the team was jaw-dropping, always putting the customer first. The spacious, beautifully decorated rooms with a bathtub were a bonus. The smart TV with Netflix and free WiFi were super convenient. The delicious breakfast and close proximity to amenities made the stay even better. The hosts made us feel at home and even prepared breakfast for our early departure. Highly recommend this boutique hotel to friends and family. Keep up the good work!

The colonial style rooms at Victoria and Alfred Guest House are simply stunning! They are spacious and beautifully decorated, making you feel like you've stepped back in time. The Smart TV's in the rooms offer free streaming services like Netflix and Youtube, perfect for a cozy night in after a long day of exploring. I loved having my own fridge in the room, it made it so convenient to store snacks and drinks. The balcony overlooking the pool was a nice touch, I enjoyed relaxing there and taking in the beautiful view. The complimentary Wifi was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.

While I loved everything about the room, I personally found the en-suite bathroom with a shower to be a bit small. However, I acknowledge that others may still find it perfectly comfortable.

Great views and central location. Spent New Year´s here and the view from the room was breathtaking. Couldn't have asked for a better location, everything was within walking distance. , the mattress was very comfortable, we slept like babies.

Terrible management and dirty bathroom. The manager was rude and unprofessional when we asked for extra towels.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was extremely convenient, being close to both the airport and St. George's Park. The staff were fantastic, offering excellent personal service and instantly helping us with anything we needed. The room amenities were top-notch, including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was truly great, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

Hotel is very convenient to the airport and in this respect provides a good point for arrivals / departures from Port Elisabeth airport. Whilst our departure was before the normal breakfast time slot, the hotel staff provided us with some breakfast food the night before, albiet without a fridge in the room.

Room was functional but nothing special. We were missing a towel but that was soon corrected. Unknown if it was our room's problem, but we had no hot water in the morning and with an early depature just gave up and left. For a one night stay the hotel is suitable as a transit hotel.

I cannot express how mind-blowingly comfortable the bed was at this property. The room itself was super cozy and had everything I needed, including tea and coffee facilities and reliable wi-fi. The staff were absolutely incredible, friendly, and always ready to help. The spacious and well-furnished room made me feel right at home. The breakfast options were adequate, although a few more non-cooked options would have been great. The bar area was really pleasant and had some jaw-dropping side tables. The location was tucked away in a quiet area, perfect for exploring local restaurants and the shopping mall, with easy access to the motorway. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient, and I enjoyed the good quality breakfast with plenty of choices. Although there was a small issue with the cleanliness of the room, the staff addressed it promptly and made sure our stay was comfortable. my stay was absolutely top-notch, and I highly recommend this property for its amazing staff, comfortable rooms, and great location.

I had a short stay at Victoria And Alfred Guest House near the airport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The bar and outdoor seating area were also pleasant. The hotel's location was convenient for airport access.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area with plenty of nearby facilities including restaurants and shopping, as well as easy access to the highway. The breakfast was of good quality with various options to choose from. The air conditioning in the room was efficient and the interior design was pleasing, creating a comfortable experience.

The hotel appeared to lack a backup generator, which caused a power outage for some guests.

The staff was really helpful. The room included breakfast, I however had to leave before breakfast was served. They then made up a breakfast hamper that I could take along on my travel.

Excellent value and great staff! The location was perfect, just a short taxi ride from the airport. It was a refreshing change from the usual bland airport hotels. The guest house had a charming and rustic farmhouse vibe, and the pool was a great way to relax after a long journey. We arrived late at night and were greeted by a lovely lady at the front desk who not only offered to make us sandwiches but did so free of charge. The service was exceptional, and the spacious and clean room made our stay very comfortable. The full English breakfast the next morning was delicious, and the staff served it with a smile. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip.

We had a few negative experiences during our stay. the dinner staff was rude and unaccommodating when we arrived late.
